Refund policy

 

1. Cancellation Rights

If you are entitled to cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, you may exercise those rights within the legally required period.

To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us in writing within the required timeframe after delivery.

Returned items must:
 • Be unused and in their original condition
 • Be in original packaging
 • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deduct from any refund an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


2. Return Conditions

All returns require prior written approval from our Customer Support team.

We do not accept returns for:
 • Personalised or custom-made items
 • Hygiene or personal-use products once opened
 • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Unauthorised returns may be refused.


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

After assessment, we may at our discretion:
 • Offer a replacement
 • Issue a partial refund
 • Provide a full refund

 

4. Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:
 • You must notify us within the legally required period
 • The item must meet the return conditions stated above
 • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected, or after sufficient proof of return is provided.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned items are received or adequate evidence of return is supplied.


6. General Provisions


 • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
 • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
 • This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under local consumer laws.
